Security deposits
A security deposit of €15,000 is required and will be charged upon arrival to cover any damage incurred during the stay. This can be paid by credit card upon arrival. It will be kept for up to 2 weeks after departure. In the event of any damage, the amount required for repair will be deducted and proof will be provided.
House rules
Smoking is forbidden in the villa and permitted with extreme care in the gardens due to fire risks.Pets are not allowed in the villa.No extra bed can be added in a room except a baby cot. High chair and baby cot available upon request. Parties are strictly forbidden in the villa. Our staff may stop by at any time during your stay to check that everything is running smoothly. If a key is lost, €500.00 will be deducted from the security deposit.

The villa is equipped with the following: air conditioning in all rooms, audio system in all the rooms, internet WIFI, TV in bedrooms, hairdryer, washing machine and tumbler drier, dishwasher, oven, fridge, iron and ironing board, coffee machine, household linen, laundry room.
