The 15,000m2 property provides for 275m2 living space. Generously sized windows invite lots of natural light into the rooms. Ibiza City, San Rafael, Santa Gertrudis as well as Santa Eulalia are all less than a 10-minute drive away. The holiday villa Villa Can Gertrudis comprises two buildings that are connected via a patio. The main house is entered via the extensive lounge style living room that comprises two spaces. The living space has a large dining table and a sofa corner with a fireplace. There’s a LCD satellite television in the sofa corner with a top-quality home cinema system. The very well-equipped kitchen has a large American fridge and direct access to the patio. The main house also has two bedrooms with double bed (2 x 2m x 1.8m) and a shared bathroom with shower / toilet. The adjacent house, which was finished in 2015, has the large, main bedroom with double bed (2m x 1.8m) with en suite toilet as well as two bedrooms (2 x 2m x 1.8m) and a shower. Diverse chill out terraces, Balinese beds and lounge corners are ideal for relaxation, sociable get together or BBQs. There is a dining table for 10-12 people on the generously spaced patio with Pergola. The expansive garden and terrace area is complete with an exclusive pool with lighting, deckchairs, parasols, an outdoor pool, two gazebos, one Zen meditation garden, a playground and a full bathroom next to the pool.
